针对乌鲁瓦提水电厂蝶阀锁定多次损坏事件进行了原因分析,并提出了通过增设机械闭锁解决锁定损坏问题的可行性,同时对改造过程进行了详细介绍.实践证明,通过对蝶阀机械闭锁的改造,增强了蝶阀操作的安全可靠性,对其他同类型水电厂也具有一定的借鉴意义.

The analysis on the repeated damages of the spindle lock of butterfly valve in Wuluwati Hydropower Plant is made, and then the feasibility of adding a mechanical latching to solve the damage of the spindle lock is presented with a detail introduction on the improvement process. The relevant practice shows that both the safety and reliability of the operation of the butterfly valve are enhanced after the improvement of the device concerned;which can also be taken as a reference for the other similar hydropower plants.
