燃料乙醇作为石油替代产品之一,可缓解能源供应的压力.以甜高粱秸秆为原料,研究营养盐对发酵生产乙醇产量的影响.在单因素试验基础上,利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计响应面法对甜高梁茎秆汁液发酵添加营养盐(NH_4)_2SO_4、MgSO_4、KH_2PO_4、caCl_2对发酵生产乙醇的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在甜高粱茎秆汁液发酵过程中,通过响应面分析建立添加营养盐与发酵液酒精度之间的回归模型Y=9.92-0.13X_1+0.32 X_2-0.23 X_3+0.18 X_4-0.20X_1 X_2-0.35X_1 X_3-0.70X_1~2-0.66 X_2~2-0.77 X_3~2-0.76 X_4~2可用于生产预测,最适宜添加量(NH_4)_2SO_4为4.61 g/L,MgSO_4为1.64 g/L,KH_2PO_4为2.72 g/L,CaCl_2为2.82 g/L.在此条件下进行验证试验,重复3次,酒精度为9.9%.

As one of petroleum substitutes,fuel ethanol will relieve the world energy stress.Using sweet sorghum straw as raw material of ethanol fermentation.the influence of adding nutrition salts on the fermentation was studied.Based on single factor experiments,Box-Behnken central composite design of response surface methodology was ap-plied to optimize the addition of nutrition salts including(NH_4)_2SO_4,MgSO_4,KH_2PO_4,and CaCl_2 for the ethanol fer-mentation process of sweet sorghum juice.Results:The applicability of the model equation Y=9.92-0.13X_1+0.32X_2-0.23X_3+0.18 X_4-0.20X_1X_2-0.35X_1X_3-0.70X_1~2-0.66X_2~2-0.77X_3~2-0.76X_4~2 for predicting the optimum response values is verified effectively by experimental data.The obtained optimum adding doses of these salts are(NH_4)_2SO_4 4.61 g/L,MgSO_4 1.64 g/L,KH2PO4 2.72 g/L,and CaCl_2 2.82g/L.The validate test shows the prod-uet alcohol content is 9.9%.
