在水热条件下,合成了1个新的双核锌配合物[(ZnCl2)(PyBIm)]2(PyBIm=2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole).该配合物为单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数a=0.77451(4)nm,b=1.25249(5)nm.c=1.31596(7)nm,β=100.294(3)°,V=I.2560(1)nm3,Z=2.结构分析表明,Zn被2个Cl原子和来自PyBIm配体的2个N原子配位,形成了1个变形四面体结构.在该配合物中,Zn…Zn距离为0.7094(5)am,结构中存在π…π堆积和氢键作用.
在水熱條件下,閤成瞭1箇新的雙覈鋅配閤物[(ZnCl2)(PyBIm)]2(PyBIm=2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole).該配閤物為單斜晶繫,P21/n空間群,晶胞參數a=0.77451(4)nm,b=1.25249(5)nm.c=1.31596(7)nm,β=100.294(3)°,V=I.2560(1)nm3,Z=2.結構分析錶明,Zn被2箇Cl原子和來自PyBIm配體的2箇N原子配位,形成瞭1箇變形四麵體結構.在該配閤物中,Zn…Zn距離為0.7094(5)am,結構中存在π…π堆積和氫鍵作用.

A new binuclear zinc complex[(ZnCl2)(PyBIm)]2(PyBIm=2-(4-pyridyl)bemimidazole)has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction.The complex crystallizes in triclinic P21/n space group with crystal cell parameters of a=0.774 51(4)nm,b=1.252 49(5)nm,c=1.315 96(7)am,β=100.294(3)°,V=I.2560(1)nm3 and Z=2.The crystal X-ray analysis shows that Zn atom is coordinated by two C1 atoms and two N atoms from two PyBIm ligands in a interactions also exist in the structure.CCDC:800921.
