针对联锁阀在使用中发生的拒动作、误动作、外漏、动作缓慢等失效模式,首先提出了基于FMEA和Markov过程的系统可靠性建模方法和分析步骤;其次考虑部件相互作用对系统可靠性影响,建立了薄膜/弹簧、阀杆/填料相互作用的联锁阀可靠性模型;通过与联锁阀失效模式所对应的失效数据进行比对分析,提出了部件之间相互作用因子用于联锁阀可靠性分析,并分析了相互作用因子组对联锁阀及联锁阀各部件可靠性的影响,为联锁阀的可靠性定量评估提供了新的思路。
針對聯鎖閥在使用中髮生的拒動作、誤動作、外漏、動作緩慢等失效模式,首先提齣瞭基于FMEA和Markov過程的繫統可靠性建模方法和分析步驟;其次攷慮部件相互作用對繫統可靠性影響,建立瞭薄膜/彈簧、閥桿/填料相互作用的聯鎖閥可靠性模型;通過與聯鎖閥失效模式所對應的失效數據進行比對分析,提齣瞭部件之間相互作用因子用于聯鎖閥可靠性分析,併分析瞭相互作用因子組對聯鎖閥及聯鎖閥各部件可靠性的影響,為聯鎖閥的可靠性定量評估提供瞭新的思路。

For typical invalidated models of failure on demand, spurious operation; external leakage and delayed operation during application of interlocked valve, a reliable system model construction method and analysis step based on FMEA and Markov theory are proposed. The reliability model of interlocked valve with interrelation of diaphragm/spring and stroke/package is put forward under consideration of influence factor of multi-parts interaction on system reliability in consequence. By comparing corresponding disable data with interlock valve failure modes, it is proposed that multi-parts interaction factor can be adopted for reliability study of interlock valve, and influence of interrelation factors on reliability of interlock valve and their parts is evaluated. The proposed model and approach provides a new solution for quantitative reliability evaluation of pneumatic diaphragm driving ESD valve.
