在房屋建筑工程中,渗漏问题一直都是挥之不去的质量通病,其不但给业主的正常生活和工作带来了巨大的影响,而且还会污染环境并且也浪费了资源。文章对房屋建筑工程当中常见的屋面、外墙、地下室等部位的渗漏问题的原因进行了分析和探讨,以供施工单位的作为参考,并尽量避免。
