目的对手术人员术前洗手后手指进行细菌培养,了解手术人员的洗手效果与清洁情况,探讨规范的洗手方法.方法随机对参加手术人员进行术前洗手后手指采样并立即送检,接种于血平板、中国蓝平板培养,用BD PHOENIXTM100细菌鉴定及药敏系统鉴定.结果检出3种细菌:中间型葡萄球菌10株,阳性率11.1%;表皮葡萄球菌8株,阳性率8.9%;枯草杆菌7株,阳性率7.8%.结论部分手术人员的洗手方法不正确,手术人员的无菌意识和正确的洗手方法有待强化,这对消除手术感染具有重要的临床意义.

Objective To detect the bacteia of surgical staffs's washed hands before surgery, to understand the correct method of hand-washing and the clean effect. Method We got the sample of the staffs' washed fingers under the sterile status before surgery, and took inoculation in blood and Chinese flat culture immediately, as well as the bacterial identification by BD PHOENIXTM100 and susceptibility system. Results There were three types of bacteria:10 strains of Staphylococcus intermedius(11.1%);8 strains of Staphylococcus (8.9%);7 strains of Bacillus subtilis (7.8%). Conclusions The hand-washing methods used in some surgical staff are not quite right. It is important to strenthen the sterile awareness in surgical staff and take the correct methods of hand-washing. It has a clinical significance to control the cross-infection in surgical operations.
