目的探讨帕罗西汀联合逍遥散治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法将76例抑郁症患者随机分为两组各38例,两组均口服帕罗西汀治疗,研究组联合逍遥散治疗,观察8周.于治疗前及治疗第2周、4周、8周末用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效.结果观察组有效率为97.36%,对照组为81.57%,二者有显著性差异(P＜0.05).两组治疗前HAMD无显著性差异,治疗8周末均较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.01),但研究组较对照组下降明显(P＜0.05).结论帕罗西汀联合逍遥散治疗抑郁症疗效显著.
목적 탐토파라서정연합소요산치료억욱증적림상료효.방법 장76례억욱증환자수궤분위량조각38례,량조균구복파라서정치료,연구조연합소요산치료,관찰8주.우치료전급치료제2주、4주、8주말용한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)평정림상료효.결과 관찰조유효솔위97.36%,대조조위81.57%,이자유현저성차이(P＜0.05).량조치료전HAMD무현저성차이,치료8주말균교치료전현저하강(P＜0.01),단연구조교대조조하강명현(P＜0.05).결론 파라서정연합소요산치료억욱증료효현저.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Paroxetine combined with Xiao Yao San in the Depression.Methods 6 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 38,both groups took orally Paroxetine and research group was added Xiao Yao San for 8 week.Effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before treatment and at the end of the 2 nd ,4th,and 8th week treatment.Results The effective rate was respectively 97.36% in the research and 81.57% in the control group ,which showed have significant different(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant different in the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),and those of both groups lowered more significantly at the end of the 8th week compared with pretreatment(P ＜ 0.01),so did in the research(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with Xiao Yao San have an significant effect in the treatment of Depression.
