Rejection of manuscripts is a part of the editors' work and is associated with the professional quality of editors. This paper is aim to analyze the reasons of rejection of manuscripts and emphasize the importance of it,to investigate the professional quality of editors during the rejection of manuscripts, and to propose that we should strengthen the academic attainment, stick to the standard for reviewing manuscripts, and increase the service awareness in the rejection of manuscripts.
