为了全面评价超声三维图像重建法测定容积的准确性,我们对54个球状体、11个椭圆体、13个不规则体进行了研究,同时和两维超声所测值进行了比较.结果表明:兰维测定容量和实测值高度相关.球状体、椭圆体、不规则体的相关系数分别为0.998、0.996和0. 998,且与实测值相比无显著差异(P>0.05).两维的相关系数分别为0.997,0.994和0.96,但对球体和不规则体所测值与实则值相比差异显著(P<0.005),仅对椭圆体所测值与实测值差异不明显(P>0.5).作者认为,三维图像重建法对容量的测定较为准确,特别对球体和不规则体的测定优于两维超声心动图.
為瞭全麵評價超聲三維圖像重建法測定容積的準確性,我們對54箇毬狀體、11箇橢圓體、13箇不規則體進行瞭研究,同時和兩維超聲所測值進行瞭比較.結果錶明:蘭維測定容量和實測值高度相關.毬狀體、橢圓體、不規則體的相關繫數分彆為0.998、0.996和0. 998,且與實測值相比無顯著差異(P>0.05).兩維的相關繫數分彆為0.997,0.994和0.96,但對毬體和不規則體所測值與實則值相比差異顯著(P<0.005),僅對橢圓體所測值與實測值差異不明顯(P>0.5).作者認為,三維圖像重建法對容量的測定較為準確,特彆對毬體和不規則體的測定優于兩維超聲心動圖.

The purpose of this study was to compare the feasibility of in vitiro quantitative measurement of phantoms with varFing size and shape by three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE) and tw dimensional echicardlography(2DE).The volumes of 78 wate-filed ballon phantoms of varying size and shape(54 ball shapes,11 ellipsoids,13 irregular shapes)wese calculated by 2DE and 3DE.Results : Reconstructed cavityr Volumes hy 3DE were well in accordance with actual values(r=0.998,0.996,0.998,respectively). Three waa no significant difference between them(P>0.5) The volumes by 2DE also correlated well with actual values (r=0.977,0.994,0.960 rspectively).dimensional echocardiography privides an accurate method for volume computation .It is superior to the 2DE,especiakiy in measuring a model with ball and irregular shape.
