目的探讨杜仲叶提取物对人体内腹部脂肪蓄积的抑制作用.方法将27例腹型肥胖患者随机分为2组(试验组15例,对照组12例),分别口服杜仲胶囊(含杜仲叶提取物)及安慰剂胶囊,第8周末观察每组患者体重、腹围、体重指数(BMI)、皮下脂肪及内脏脂肪的变化.结果试验组与对照组比较,内脏脂肪及皮下脂肪明显减少(P＜0.05),体重降低,腹围显著减少(P＜0.001),BMI亦显著下降(P＜0.01).结论杜仲叶提取物能明显抑制腹部脂肪蓄积,减轻腹型肥胖状态,可作为治疗腹型肥胖的基本用药
목적 탐토두중협제취물대인체내복부지방축적적억제작용.방법 장27례복형비반환자수궤분위2조(시험조15례,대조조12례),분별구복두중효낭(함두중협제취물)급안위제효낭,제8주말관찰매조환자체중、복위、체중지수(BMI)、피하지방급내장지방적변화.결과 시험조여대조조비교,내장지방급피하지방명현감소(P＜0.05),체중강저,복위현저감소(P＜0.001),BMI역현저하강(P＜0.01).결론 두중협제취물능명현억제복부지방축적,감경복형비반상태,가작위치료복형비반적기본용약
Objective To investigate the depressant effect of Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract on human abdominal fat.Methods Twenty-seven patients with abdominal obesity were randomly divided into two groups( experimental group included 15 patients and control group included 12 patients),and were given oral Eucommia capsule( containing Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract) and oral placebo capsule respectively.Observed the change of weight,abdominal circumference,body mass index( BMI ),visceral fat and subcutaneous fat of patients in each group after 8 weeks.Results Compared with control group,the visceral and subcutaneous fat of the experimental group decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0.05 ),the weight and abdominal circumference of the experimental group decreased remarkably ( P ＜ 0.001 ),and BMI of the experimental group also decreased remarkably( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions The Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract significantly inhibited the accumulation of abdominal fat and abdominal obesity,and could be used as the basic drugs to treat abdominal obesity.
