鲍曼不动杆菌是医院获得性感染主要致病菌之一,其外膜蛋白是指肽聚糖外脂质双层中间镶嵌的一些特殊的蛋白质.CarO、33-to-36-kDa、OprD等外膜蛋白丢失与细菌耐药有关,而OmpA外膜蛋白是重要的致病因素.其研究技术分为提取、分离和鉴定3个方面,超声物理法、双向凝胶电泳、质谱技术及免疫印迹是目前常用技术.

Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the major pathogens in nosocomial infection,its outer membrane proteins are some special proteins embedded in lipid bilayer outside the peptidoglycan.The loss of CarO,33-to36-kDa,OprD and other outer membrane proteins is related with drug resistance,and outer membrane protein A is an important pathogenic factor.Its research technology including three aspects of the extraction,separation and identification,the ultrasound physical method,2-Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis,mass spectrometry and western blot analysis are commonly used now.
