目的了解乳腺癌患者负性情绪状况及原因,探讨有效干预对策.方法对56例住院乳腺癌患者应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自行设计的影响因素调查表,进行抑郁、焦虑状况调查和分析.结果乳腺癌患者SDS、SAS标准分显著高于常模(P<0.01);影响乳腺癌患者负性情绪的原因较多,但以担心医疗费用、家庭因素影响和担心治疗效果及预后(80.4%,75%和62.5%)最为显著.结论乳腺癌患者负性情绪的发生是较严重的,临床治疗中配合针对性的心理支持及有效护理干预,对促进乳腺癌患者身心康复具有重要意义.

Objective To probe into the causes of psychological disturbance and the nursing intervention of 56 patients with breast carcinoma. Methods The depression and anxiety status of breast carcinoma patients were investigated by self - Rating depression scale (SDS), self - rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self - designed questionnaire. Results Compared with norm (P < 0.01), the standard scores of the patients were increased. The patients'emotion were more extensively influenced by some psychological factors, especially curative effects, being worried of medical expenses, family and therapeutic effect and prognosis (80.4%, 75% and 62.5%, respectively) . Conclusions For patients with breast carcinoma often suffer relative severity of psychological obstacles, it is significant to improve the healing of body and mind with psychological support of pertinence and nursing intervention of efficiency in clinical treatment.
