在三罗拉和四罗拉两种不同结构的紧密纺装置上纺制纯棉精梳9.7tex纱线,选取前罗拉钳口压力、负压值、胶圈钳口隔距作为三个因素进行正交试验,得出了这两种装置的最佳纺纱工艺。在最佳工艺参数的基础上进行纺纱试验,分析纱线的毛羽、断裂强力、条干等指标,得知四罗拉紧密纺纱装置所纺纱线的综合性能较好。
在三囉拉和四囉拉兩種不同結構的緊密紡裝置上紡製純棉精梳9.7tex紗線,選取前囉拉鉗口壓力、負壓值、膠圈鉗口隔距作為三箇因素進行正交試驗,得齣瞭這兩種裝置的最佳紡紗工藝。在最佳工藝參數的基礎上進行紡紗試驗,分析紗線的毛羽、斷裂彊力、條榦等指標,得知四囉拉緊密紡紗裝置所紡紗線的綜閤性能較好。

Two different structure spinning devices such as three-roller and four-roller were used to spin combed pure cotton yarn with 9.7tex. Then the optimum spinning processes of those two devices are determined through the orthogonal experiments which select gag pressure, negative pressure values, gauge block as the there levels. Yarn hairiness, strength, yarn levelness and other indicators were analyzed on the basis of those optimum spinning processes. It is considered that comprehensive performances of the yarn spun by spinning device of four-roller was better.
