From the viewpoint of experimental teaching reform of "'principles of enzyme engineering" and to solve the problems existing in traditional experimental teaching, the teaching method of designed experiment was carried out in the teaching reform of "principles of enzyme engineering". It was beneficial for promoting students' ability of problem solving, analysing, creative thinking and completing experiment independently, and achieved pretty good teaching effect.
