目的：探讨16排螺旋CT在腹股沟斜疝诊断中的临床应用。方法：回顾21例经手术证实的腹股沟斜疝患者的CT资料,并对其影像资料加以分析。结果：16排螺旋CT可以清晰显示疝囊部位、范围及其内容物,并能同时发现并发症。其中双侧腹股沟斜疝患者1例,左侧疝内容物为结肠,右侧疝内容物为大网膜。单侧腹股沟斜疝患者20例（左侧15例,右侧5例）,1例疝内容物为大网膜,19例疝内容物为小肠,并发肠梗阻的3例,合并鞘膜积液的3例。结论：16排螺旋CT通过薄层断面和多平面重建术可多角度显示疝囊、疝囊内容物以及并发症,且CT影像具有特征性能,为临床的诊断、鉴别诊断与手术提供很重要的信息。
목적：탐토16배라선CT재복고구사산진단중적림상응용。방법：회고21례경수술증실적복고구사산환자적CT자료,병대기영상자료가이분석。결과：16배라선CT가이청석현시산낭부위、범위급기내용물,병능동시발현병발증。기중쌍측복고구사산환자1례,좌측산내용물위결장,우측산내용물위대망막。단측복고구사산환자20례（좌측15례,우측5례）,1례산내용물위대망막,19례산내용물위소장,병발장경조적3례,합병초막적액적3례。결론：16배라선CT통과박층단면화다평면중건술가다각도현시산낭、산낭내용물이급병발증,차CT영상구유특정성능,위림상적진단、감별진단여수술제공흔중요적신식。
Objective： To determine the clinical value of 16-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of indirect inguinal hernia.Methods： The clinical data of 21 surgically treated patients with indirect inguinal hernia examined by 16-row CT were analyzed retrospectively.Results： Image of 16-row spiral CT could be used to visualize the hernial sac size,parts and its contents,and could also show complications.Double side of a left hernia the contents of the colon,right hernia the contents of the caul.unilateral in 20 cases（on the left in 15 cases,on the right in 5）,1 case of hernia the contents of the caul,19 cases of hernia the contents of the small intestine,three cases of concurrent ileus,three cases of concurrent hydrocele of tunica vaginalis.Conclusion： The 16-row spiral CT can show hernia in all angles.So it can be used to provide more valuable information to doctors.
