Because private communication network of the Ministry of water resources has features of enormous scale and complex structure, the network management among each system and different equipment lack homogeneity. For realizing uniform monitoring and warning of water resources communication equipment, according to the system structure and equipment types, the article makes an analysis on requirements for real-time monitoring and warning, provides design scheme for water resources communication monitoring and warning system, also analyses technical characteristics of the scheme and specific implementation methods, and describes functions that can be realized through the scheme, application effects and prospect of the scheme.
