针对淀粉浆膜脆硬,柔韧性差的缺点,将甘油、尿素、柠檬酸氢二铵等增塑剂分别以不同量加入淀粉中,并对浆膜的吸湿率、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、耐屈曲性及浆液粘附性等进行了测试分析。结果表明,使用增塑剂能改善淀粉浆膜的脆硬性能,且提高了淀粉对纯棉粗纱的粘附性;其中柠檬酸氢二铵对淀粉质量分数为1%时,对改善淀粉浆膜各项性能及纯棉粗纱粘附性的效用最大。
針對澱粉漿膜脆硬,柔韌性差的缺點,將甘油、尿素、檸檬痠氫二銨等增塑劑分彆以不同量加入澱粉中,併對漿膜的吸濕率、斷裂彊力、斷裂伸長率、耐屈麯性及漿液粘附性等進行瞭測試分析。結果錶明,使用增塑劑能改善澱粉漿膜的脆硬性能,且提高瞭澱粉對純棉粗紗的粘附性;其中檸檬痠氫二銨對澱粉質量分數為1%時,對改善澱粉漿膜各項性能及純棉粗紗粘附性的效用最大。
침대정분장막취경,유인성차적결점,장감유、뇨소、저몽산경이안등증소제분별이불동량가입정분중,병대장막적흡습솔、단렬강력、단렬신장솔、내굴곡성급장액점부성등진행료측시분석。결과표명,사용증소제능개선정분장막적취경성능,차제고료정분대순면조사적점부성;기중저몽산경이안대정분질량분수위1%시,대개선정분장막각항성능급순면조사점부성적효용최대。
In view of that starch size film has the characteristics of stiff, brittle and poor flexibility, it used glycerin, urea and diammonium hydrogen citrate as plasticizer and added into starch in different proportions, then the size film moisture rate, breaking strength, breaking elongation rate, resistance of buckling and the adhesion strength were tested and andyzed. The results showed that using plasticizer could improve the stiff and brittle performance of starch size film, and increase the starch adhesion for pure cotton. When the proportion of diammonium hydrogen citrate for starch was 1%, the effect was the best to improve the properties of starch size film and the adhesion of pure cotton.
