耗散结构是研究系统由无序向有序转化的过程的条件、性质和规律的科学。在简要地介绍了耗散结构理论之后,本文在分析企业员工流动系统具备耗散结构特征的基础上,构建了企业员工流动系统熵变模型,提出了利用系统熵值对企业员工流动系统进行分析的方法,最后总结出熵与耗散结构对企业员工管理的启示。
耗散結構是研究繫統由無序嚮有序轉化的過程的條件、性質和規律的科學。在簡要地介紹瞭耗散結構理論之後,本文在分析企業員工流動繫統具備耗散結構特徵的基礎上,構建瞭企業員工流動繫統熵變模型,提齣瞭利用繫統熵值對企業員工流動繫統進行分析的方法,最後總結齣熵與耗散結構對企業員工管理的啟示。

Dissipative structure is a scientific method of studying prerequisite nature and discipline of system's transforming from disorder to order. After briefly introducing the theory of dissipative structures,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of dissipative structures of employee turnover system, and then builds an entropy change model for enterprise employee turnover system, proposes the analysis methodology of enterprise employee turnover system by using system entropy,and finally summarizes the revelation of entropy and dissipative structures in employees' management.
