研究了几种大孔型离子交换树脂对副产稀硫酸中Fe离子的吸附性能。结果表明,D001树脂对副产稀硫酸中铁离子有较好的离子交换性能。通过静态实验,考察了吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附效果的影响,结果表明:室温条件下,树脂吸附150 min即能达到较大的饱和吸附量。通过动态柱交换实验,改变液相流速,确定动态吸附操作流速为1.5 BV/h。选用7%的盐酸作为树脂再生剂,效果良好;对再生洗脱过程分析,确定采用分段收集的方式回用再生液,可大幅度减少盐酸用量。该工艺对于副产稀硫酸的净化具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

The adsorption properties of saveral macroreticular ion exchange vesin to Fe ( Ⅲ) ion in by products dilute sulfuric acid are studied. The result shows, D001 resin has better ion exchange properties to Fe ( Ⅲ ) in by products dilute sulfuric acid. Through static experiment, the effect of adsorption time, adsorption temperature to adsorption efficiency are investigated, the result shows, at room temperature ,when adsorption time is 150 min, it can achieves great saturated adsorption amount. Through dynamic column exchange experiment, change lipuid flow rate, to determine the dynamic adsorption operating with the flow rate of 1.5 BV/h,using 7% hydrochloric acid as resin regeneration agent,it has a good efffect. Analysis the regeneration process, confirmed with by using the renewable fluid collection, can reduce the amount of hydrochloric acid significantly. The process for by product sulfaric acid purfieation has good econmic efficiency and enviromental benefits.
