以丝瓜子仁为原料,采用常规提取和超声波辅助提取法提取丝瓜籽油,比较了两种方法的效率和产率,并对两种提取方法所得丝瓜籽油的理化特性及脂肪酸组成进行了研究。结果表明,丝瓜籽油经甲酯化处理,采用GC-MS对其脂肪酸成分进行定性分析,鉴定出四种成分为棕榈酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、91,2-十八(碳)二烯酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯四种脂肪酸甲酯。用面积归一化法计算了各成分的质量分数,其主要成分是不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸。实验结果表明,超声辅助法提取所得油的品质明显优于常规回流提取。

The conventional extraction and ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) were respectively used to extract luffa seed oil from Luffa cylindrical roem seed. The efficiency and production rate were compared , and the physicochemical properties of luffa seed oil were analyzed. The chemical components of fatty acid were separated and identified by GC-MS/D. Four fatty acids were separated and identified. The main components of the fatty acid in seeds of Luffa cylindrical oil were Linolie acid. The experimental results show that the oil' s quality by UAE is obviously better than that of the conventional one.
