使用高效液相色谱法对水源水、出厂水、管网水中的灭草松进行检测。采用固相萃取技术对1 000 mL样品进行前处理,处理后的样品氮吹浓缩为1 mL后进行分析。本方法检出限为0.0001 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD在2%内,回收率在80%~93%间。与生活饮用水卫生标准(GB/T5750-2006)相比,此方法不需要进行繁琐的液液萃取和衍生操作,较为简单,并且能满足日常的检测分析。

Bentazon in source water,produced water,and the water supply network was determined using HPLC.1 000 mL water sample were extracted and condensed by solid phase extraction and was dried by blowing with N2 to 1 mL.The determination limit was 0.0001 mg/L,RSD was less than 2%,and the extraction recoveries was between 80%~93%.Compared to The Standards For Drinking Water Quality(GB/T5750-2006),this method didn't need any complicated liquid-liquid extraction and post-column derivatization,and it was simple and met the requirements of the daily determination.
