Regional economic development takes a prominent position in economic development of China,especially not only does the ＂Four Great Growth Poles＂ relate to China further economic development patterns,but also is the exerting point of Chinese international economic development strategy.With the further development of world economic integration,there are some profound problems emerged in regional economic development,while facing such emerging problems the economic zone of Bei Bu Gulf get lots of benefi cial experiences.
