我国的文化遗产保护工作虽然已经取得很大成绩，但从更高标准要求来看，还显得缺乏完整的保护体系和丰富的空间层次，使得历史文化遗产这部交响乐显得单薄并缺乏力度。试通过法国历史文化遗产保护的经验，来探讨在历史文脉断裂地段如何采取应对措施这一国内保护体系中所缺失的环节和层次。

Although China has made great achievement in cultural heritage protection, it is still lacking for a integrant system of protection and abundant space levels in the view of a higher standard, which makes the symphony of historical and cultural heritage become unimposing and powerless. This article attempts to discuss the missing link and level in China＇ s protection system -- the problem of taking countermeasures on fracture sites in historical context by introducing the experience of historic and cultural heritage orotection in France.
