目的:建立超声法制备乌药供试品的方法。方法:以乌药醚内酯作为含量控制指标,对甲醇-乙醚的比例、超声提取时间、超声提取温度进行了筛选。结果:甲醇-乙醚比例为15:85,常温超声提取30min。结论:该工艺可用于制备乌药供试品,用于测定乌药醚内酯的含量。
目的:建立超聲法製備烏藥供試品的方法。方法:以烏藥醚內酯作為含量控製指標,對甲醇-乙醚的比例、超聲提取時間、超聲提取溫度進行瞭篩選。結果:甲醇-乙醚比例為15:85,常溫超聲提取30min。結論:該工藝可用于製備烏藥供試品,用于測定烏藥醚內酯的含量。
목적:건립초성법제비오약공시품적방법。방법:이오약미내지작위함량공제지표,대갑순-을미적비례、초성제취시간、초성제취온도진행료사선。결과:갑순-을미비례위15:85,상온초성제취30min。결론:해공예가용우제비오약공시품,용우측정오약미내지적함량。
Objective:To establish: the preparation methods of Radix Linderae. Methods: In linderane as a content control index, on the ratio of methanol and ether, ultrasonic extraction time, extraction temperature were screened. Results: The extraction technology is raclio of methanol - ether i 15 : :85), ultrasonic extraction at normal temperature with 30min. Conclusion: This method can be used for preparing sample of Lindera aggregata and content determining of Linderane.
