教师职业幸福也称教育幸福,是教师在教育教学工作中实现自己的职业理想的一种教育主体生存状态。要实现教师的职业幸福,必须提高教师的幸福能力。教师的幸福能力是指教师对幸福的感受力、创造力。本文就教师职业的幸福能力以及培养谈谈自己的看法,对于教师职业道德内容的充实具有参考和借鉴价值。

Teachers' professional happiness is also called education happiness and is a subjective living state in which teachers work to achieve their career ideal in the teaching and education. To realize the teachers'professional happiness, the teacher's ability to be happy must be improved. Teachers'happiness ability refers to the teachers'experience and creation of happiness. The author expressed her opinions and cultivation of teachers'happiness ability with the purpose to give some insights into the teachers' morality.
