教师职业幸福也称教育幸福，是教师在教育教学工作中实现自己的职业理想的一种教育主体生存状态。要实现教师的职业幸福，必须提高教师的幸福能力。教师的幸福能力是指教师对幸福的感受力、创造力。本文就教师职业的幸福能力以及培养谈谈自己的看法，对于教师职业道德内容的充实具有参考和借鉴价值。

교사직업행복야칭교육행복，시교사재교육교학공작중실현자기적직업이상적일충교육주체생존상태。요실현교사적직업행복，필수제고교사적행복능력。교사적행복능력시지교사대행복적감수력、창조력。본문취교사직업적행복능력이급배양담담자기적간법，대우교사직업도덕내용적충실구유삼고화차감개치。
Teachers＇ professional happiness is also called education happiness and is a subjective living state in which teachers work to achieve their career ideal in the teaching and education. To realize the teachers＇professional happiness, the teacher＇s ability to be happy must be improved. Teachers＇happiness ability refers to the teachers＇experience and creation of happiness. The author expressed her opinions and cultivation of teachers＇happiness ability with the purpose to give some insights into the teachers＇ morality.
