针对全球磷资源贫化、磷酸装置磷收率偏低的状况,重点研究影响磷收率的关键因素和介绍提升磷收率的若干技术,应用于生产取得磷收率、洗涤率、磷矿分解率分别达约97%、99%、98%,磷石膏中加(P2Os自镕)由原0.5%降至0.14%,W(P205*l溶)降至0.16%的较好效果。
針對全毬燐資源貧化、燐痠裝置燐收率偏低的狀況,重點研究影響燐收率的關鍵因素和介紹提升燐收率的若榦技術,應用于生產取得燐收率、洗滌率、燐礦分解率分彆達約97%、99%、98%,燐石膏中加(P2Os自镕)由原0.5%降至0.14%,W(P205*l溶)降至0.16%的較好效果。

In view of the phosphate resources dilution and the low P205 recovery of WPA plant, the key influence factors on P205 recovery are studied, and some technologies of increasing P205 recovery are introducedwith the application effects: P205 recovery rate of 97%, washing rate of 99%, dissociation rate of phosphate rock of 98%, the citric acid soluble phosphorus mass fraction in phosphogypsum decreased from 0.5% to 0.14%, the water soluble phosphorus mass fraction in phosphogypsum decreased to 0.16%.
