美国金融危机后，低碳经济将成为经济发展的又一强有力引擎，而碳金融的支持将是低碳经济发展的保障。2009年鄱阳湖生态经济区正式上升为国家战略规划，生态区建设的本质是要大力发展低碳经济，而这离不开碳金融的支持。因此利用碳金融来促进鄱阳湖生态经济区建设将是一个有效途径。

After the financial crisis in the United States,low carbon economy will become a powerful engine of economic development, while the support of carbon finance will become the security of development of low carbon economy. In 2009, the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone has been considered as a national strategic plan. Eco- logical zone construction essence is to develop the low carbon economy, and it is inseparable from the support of carbon finance.
