生产信息统计是生产过程中不可缺少重要组成部分，是掌握生产动态信息、指导生产过程、科学做出生产决策的前提．是促进企业快速发展、增强企业整体经济实力和市场竞争力的基本保障．本系统的主要设计思想为：以装置、油井为数据采集的最小单元，以车间、队为最小统计单位，以企业的统计业务管理为主线，以生产统计数据收、拨、存为基础，根据装置、油井的投入产出平衡和产品产量平衡，全面完成企业生产过程中的物料流动管理．

Production information statistics system is indispensable to the production process. This paper takes production plant as the minimum group of data acquisition, workshop as the minimum unit of statistics ,statistical management as the main line, production statistical data as the basis, developing the production information statistics system to implement the material flow management for petroleum and chemical enterprises.
