[目的]为提高牦牛的生产性能。[方法]随机选择家牦牛63头为对照组,1/2野血牦牛57头为实验组,测定6月龄、18月龄体尺、体重,日增重,并将测定数据进行方差分析t检验。[结果]表明：6月龄1/2野血牦牛体高、体斜长、胸围、管围、体重比同龄家牦牛平均提高7.48%、7.93%、8.03%、9.64%、24.26%,差异极显著（P〈0.01）。18月龄1/2野血牦牛体高、体斜长、胸围、管围、体重比同龄家牦牛平均提高7.35%、8.14%、7.44%、11.65%、27.50%,差异极显著（P〈0.01）。6月龄~18月龄1/2野血公母牦牛平均日增重比同龄家牦牛提高60.80 g、54.72 g,差异极显著（P〈0.01）。[结论]利用野牦牛改良家牦牛,可明显提高家牦牛的生产性能和复壮效果。

【Objective】In order to improve the production performance of yaks.【 Method】63 domestic yak were randomly selected as the control,57 yaks containing half blood of wild yak were as the test group.The body size,body weight and daily weight gain were measured at six-month and 18-month old,respectively,then the data was tested by variance analysis.【 Result】The result showed that the body height,body length,chest circumference,circumference of cannon bone,body weight of the yaks conta-i ning half blood of wild yak at six-month old increased 7.48%,7.93%,8.03%,9.64% and 24.26% than that of domestic yak with the same age,the difference was significant（P 0.01）.The daily weight gain of hybrid yaks increased 60.80 g and 54.72 g at six-month and 18-month old compared with the same age domestic yak,and the difference was significant（P 0.01）.【 Conclusion】The production performance and rejuvenation effect of domestic yak improved by wild yak could be obviously increased.
