个体生命意识的觉醒，使中国古代士文人清晰认识到个体生命的局限性，生命的自然命定使其陷入痛苦与困惑，同时也逆向激发古代土文人挑战生命局限的勇气。通过寻觅、体验与履践，古代士文人以价值超越、亲伦超越、艺术超越、宗教超越、哲学超越等多元途径，实现了对个体生命局限性的超越，赋予个体生命更丰富、更完美的存在价值与意义。
箇體生命意識的覺醒，使中國古代士文人清晰認識到箇體生命的跼限性，生命的自然命定使其陷入痛苦與睏惑，同時也逆嚮激髮古代土文人挑戰生命跼限的勇氣。通過尋覓、體驗與履踐，古代士文人以價值超越、親倫超越、藝術超越、宗教超越、哲學超越等多元途徑，實現瞭對箇體生命跼限性的超越，賦予箇體生命更豐富、更完美的存在價值與意義。
개체생명의식적각성，사중국고대사문인청석인식도개체생명적국한성，생명적자연명정사기함입통고여곤혹，동시야역향격발고대토문인도전생명국한적용기。통과심멱、체험여리천，고대사문인이개치초월、친륜초월、예술초월、종교초월、철학초월등다원도경，실현료대개체생명국한성적초월，부여개체생명경봉부、경완미적존재개치여의의。
The consciousness of individual life existence enables the ancient Chinese literati to realize the limitations of their individual existence. While the destiny of natural beings plunges them into anguish and confusion, it, in a reverse way, stimulates their defiance against this boundedness. Through questing, experiencing and practicing, they have achieved their transcendence of limited individual existence in moral values, family ties, artistic creations, as well as religious and philosophical beliefs, and endowed their individual existence with brilliance and significance.
