试验测定枇杷根与枇杷叶中的黄酮、总酚的含量及抗氧化活性的大小。结果表明在枇杷叶、枇杷根皮、枇杷根木质部3个部位中,根皮的黄酮、总酚含量最高,根木质部较低、叶最低。通过DPPH法和FRAP法抗氧化能力的测定,枇杷根皮抗氧化活性最强、根木质部较弱、叶最差。黄酮、总酚含量与自由基清除能力及总还原能力均呈极显著的正相关。

시험측정비파근여비파협중적황동、총분적함량급항양화활성적대소。결과표명재비파협、비파근피、비파근목질부3개부위중,근피적황동、총분함량최고,근목질부교저、협최저。통과DPPH법화FRAP법항양화능력적측정,비파근피항양화활성최강、근목질부교약、협최차。황동、총분함량여자유기청제능력급총환원능력균정겁현저적정상관。
Experiments were conducted to examine variation in the contents of total phenolics and flavonoids, and antioxidant activities of loquat root and loquat leaf. It is shown that in the three component of loquat leaf, loquat phlorrhizin and loquat root xylem, the contents of flavonoids and total phenolics from the loquat phlorrhizin were highest, while that form the loquat root xylem were lowest. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH method and FRAP method. The order of antioxidant activity was: loquat phlorrhizin>loquat root xylem>loquat leaf. And that the contents of flavonoids or total phenolics were significantly correlated with free radical scavenging activity/antioxidant activity.
