本文研究了特征P=3域上李代数T（3）的滤过结构，利用W（3）[0]一模形（3）[-1]所提供的矩阵表示，建立T（3）中幂零元与幂零阵之间的关系，得到了T（3）的滤过结构的几个性质。

In this article,we research the filtration structure of Lie algebra T（3） in the field of characteristic p = 3. We use the matrix express provided by W（3）[0] - modular W（3）[_ 1] to ehtablish the relation between nilpotent elements and nilpotent matrices in T（3） and achieve the properties of filtration of Lie algebra T（3）.
