采用问卷法调查了粤西地区4市351名新入职高中教师的主观幸福感,结果显示:粤西地区新入职高中教师幸福指数介于一般与幸福之间,未达到比较幸福或非常幸福水平;女教师的幸福感显著强于男教师;收入与幸福感之间存在显著正相关,年龄与幸福感之间存在显著负相关;教师描述幸福事件中涉及最多的对象是学生,占74.18%,幸福事件内容中教学成就感、学生认可和师生关系融洽所产生的幸福感占79.08%。而不幸福事件中所涉及最多的对象亦是学生,占38.64%,待遇差和工作经验不足所产生的不幸福感占63.69%。调查结果表明,加强职中和职后教育技能训练以帮助高中新入职教师快速成长和提高收入是提高其幸福感的重要途径。

A questionnaire was used to investigate 351 new high school teachers' subjective well-being in four cities in western Guangdong.The results show that: 1) the current level of subjective well-being of new high school teachers in western Guangdong was between general level and well-being level.Subjective well-being of female teachers was significantly stronger than that of male teachers.Income of these teachers have a significant positive correlation with the level of their subjective well-being,while the age of these teachers have a significant negative correlation with the level of their subjective well-being;2) 74.18% happy events which these new high school teachers described involved to students.38.64% unhappy events which these new high school teachers described involved to students,These findings suggested that the opportunity of training of teaching skills be provided to these new high school teachers and increasing their income were important ways to improve their subjective well-being.
