通过对实船轴系可测试轴段进行横向自由振动模态测试,得到其固有频率及振型。并在有限元软件ANSYS中进行仿真,利用测试得到的固有频率及振型来确定轴系的边界参数,即轴系支撑刚度,得到一个正确的仿真模型。之后,根据振动模态分析原理进行中间轴承的位置优化。在一定螺旋桨激励力下,可将中间轴轴承振动位移减小一个数量级。
通過對實船軸繫可測試軸段進行橫嚮自由振動模態測試,得到其固有頻率及振型。併在有限元軟件ANSYS中進行倣真,利用測試得到的固有頻率及振型來確定軸繫的邊界參數,即軸繫支撐剛度,得到一箇正確的倣真模型。之後,根據振動模態分析原理進行中間軸承的位置優化。在一定螺鏇槳激勵力下,可將中間軸軸承振動位移減小一箇數量級。

In this paper,natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained by carrying out a field transverse free vibration modal test of a shafting.Then,boundary parameters of the shafting,that as the supported stiffness of the bearings are determined using the finite element software ANSYS by comparing with the test results.And a correct emulate model is obtained.Finally,the supported position of the middle bearing is optimized based on modal analysis principle.The vibration displacement of the middle bearing can be reduced quantitatively under a stated screw propeller force.The method of the paper can provide guidance for optimization of supported position during shafting design.
