The transferring process in gases is a transient process that is from equilibrium to non--e- quilibrium. To discuss its micromechanism detailed and accurately is the focal point of this paper. This pa- per gave the simple method of deriving the transferring process and transferring coefficient. This method not only fits to utilize in general physics, but also fits to use in teaching the low achievers of minority students.
