采用阳离子改性剂对苎麻纤维在与羊毛混纺或其他形式的复合前进行改性,可以使苎麻用羊毛常用染料进行染色;染色深度与改性程度有关,增加改性剂用量或采用碱预处理再用阳离子改性剂改性,可以提高苎麻用羊毛染料染色的深度。将阳离子改性的苎麻和羊毛同浴用羊毛常用染料一浴一步法染色,采用阶段升温方式,选择合适的染色温度、保温时间等工艺条件,可以获得较理想的同色染色效果,从而能够满足羊毛/苎麻复合纺织品的多色号、小批量的快速同色染色要求。

The ramie fibers were modified with the cationic modification agent before blending with wool and then could be dyed with common dyes for wool.The color yield after dyeing was related to the degree of modification.The color yield of modified ramie fibers was improved by increasing the dosage of cationic modification agent or pretreating with alkali before cationic modification.The ideal union dyeing results were obtained for both the cationic modified ramie and wool fibers dyed with one-bath-one-step dyeing processing and the dyeing temperature raised step by step,and with suitable dyeing temperature and dyeing time,so as to meet the need of union color and quick response with varied color number,small amount quantity of wool / ramie blending textiles.
