使用φ160橡胶开炼机对废硫化胶胶边进行粉碎实验,研究硬脂酸、聚氯乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化锌、炭黑、白炭黑、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等不同助磨剂及其不同用量对废橡胶粉碎助磨效果的影响,并对实验结果进行分析.通过一元线性回归分析得出助磨剂用量的回归方程,找出适合废橡胶粉碎的助磨剂及其用量,为提高废橡胶粉碎效率提供借鉴.

The smashed process of scrape vulcanized rubber gasket was investigated by using φ160 rubber mixing mill in lab.The different grinding adds and amount of stearic acid,polyvinyl chloride,calcium carbonate,zinc oxide,carbon black,silica,polyethylene,polypropylene were utilized to crush the scrap rubber.The grinding effect of grinding aids and their different contents were analyzed.The dosages of grinding aids and their suitale contents were carried out by the linear regression equation of the grinding process,and the results will help to improve the crushing efficiency of the scrap rubber as the useful reference.
