利用半乳糖基异硫氰酸酯1与2-氨基-4／6-取代苯并噻唑2a-2d在无水苯中回流得到半乳糖基硫脲3a-3d，在HgCl2作用下，与二乙胺发生亲核加成反应，合成半乳糖基胍（4a-4d）．甲醇／甲醇钠的体系中，4a-4d脱去保护基团，得到游离羟基的半乳糖基胍（5a-5d）．结构均经IR，^1HNMR，MS和元素分析确证，所有新化合物均为口-构型．

Per - O - acetylated galactosyl isothiocyanate 1 was used as the starting material to react with 2 - amino- benzothiazole derivatives 2a- 2d in dry benzene to give galactosylthioureas 3a -3d, then a series of guanidinogalactoside 4a- 4d were obtained by nucleophilic addition reaction of diethylamine to 3 in the presence of HgC12. Finally, these adducts were subjected to deacetylation in MeOH/NaOMe to generate the corresponding unprotected guanidinogalactoside 5a -5d. The structures of all new compounds were established by IR, ^1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis, and their HIV PR inhibitory and anti - inflluenza activity have been also evaluated, but some of which did not display obvious biological activity.
