溶液前驱体等离子喷涂(SPPS)是一种很有前景的制备新型结构热障涂层的新工艺。为了明确溶液前驱体物理化学变化过程对涂层微观结构的影响,本文研究了不同飞行轨迹溶液前驱体制备的涂层微观结构。结果表明:等离子射流低温区的大部分溶液前驱体物理化学变化过程不完全,形成主要由球形颗粒组成多孔疏松结构涂层;高温区的溶液前驱体物理化学变化过程完全,形成相对比较致密,孔隙以岛状均匀分布的涂层。

Solution Precursor Plasma Spray(SPPS) method is a promising process for depositing novel microstructures thermal barrier coatings.In order to identification the effects of solution precursor physical and chemical change on coating microstructures,in this paper,coatings deposited using different trajectory solution precursor were analyzed.Research results show that coat is porous and loose due to the solution precursor physical and chemical change is inperfect in plasma jet cold region.However,coat is dense and the porosity is homogeneously distributed island-like structure in coat deposited using solution precursor in plasma jet hot region since the change is perfect in plasma jet.
