桔梗种子播种在漂浮板上,进行不同营养液配方试验,测定幼苗生长状况。结果表明,在斯泰纳营养液中培养35d的幼苗,叶片平均值为5片,茎长平均值为3.42cm,根长平均值为7.44cm,根系活力平均值为157.98μg.g-1.h-1,与对照组相比有显著性差异。

The seeds of Platycodon grandiflorum were planted in float board,which was studied by different formulas,and the growth situation of seedlings was determined.The results showed that the seedlings cultured 35d in Steiner nutrition formula had significant difference than the contrast group,the average value of seedling leaves number of which was 5,the average value of stem height was 3.42cm,the average value of root long was 7.44cm and the average value of root activity was 157.98μg·g-1·h-1.
