目前，数据挖掘方法在研究大型会计师事务所发展的影响指标中已经得到普遍应用。通过聚类和决策树相结合的方法，对2010年前百家会计师事务所评价指标的分析，找出影响优秀会计师事务所可持续发展的主要因素，探寻优秀会计师事务所从内涵发展和外延拓展方面实现做大做强的有效途径。

At present, data mining methods have been widely used in the researeh of the indexes affecting the development of large accounting firms. This paper, by adopting the method eombining clustering and decision tree, analyzes the evaluation indexes of top 100 accounting firms in 2010, finds out the main factors affecting the sustainable development of excellent accounting firms, and probe the effective ways of excellent accounting firms becoming bigger and stronger both internally and externally.
