研究新时期研究生招生宣传工作的实效性,有针对性地开展研究生招生宣传,对于提高生源质量和研究生培养质量有着重要的现实意义。采用问卷调查的方法,对2010年在武汉市某社会报考点报考硕士研究生的学生进行调查,并与当前研究生招生工作实践进行比较分析,发现两者在招生宣传对象、时间、主要内容、途径等4个方面均存在较大的差异,进而提出4点建议:加强调查分析、科学制定招生计划和战略;实施“1134”方案,科学务实进行招生宣传;树立全面质量管理意识和服务意识;注重招生宣传的长远性、发挥师生主动性,以获得更好的研究生招生宣传效果,达到争取优质生源的目的。

To study the effectiveness of enrollment publicity and carry out the enrollment publicity of graduate students is quite important to increase the candidate quality and improve the qulaity of graudates cultivation in theory and practice. This paper,using questionnaire survey,investigates the graduate applicants in all social centers of registering for examination in Wuhan city in 2010 and mat~es a compara- tive analysis on current graduates enrollment. The result shows that there are four great differences in audience, time, main content and approach of enrollment publicity. Accordingly, this paper puts forward four suggestions: scientically making recruitment plan, implementing "1134" scheme and scientifically and practically carrying out enrollment publicity, establishing overall quality awareness and service awareness,focuing on the permanance of enrollment publicity and exercising the initiatives of teachers and students so as to achieve better effectiveness in graduate enrollment publicity and enroll more highquality candidates.
