采用广角X-射线衍射(WAXD)、双折射等方法分析了不同生产工艺所制备的腈纶的超分子结构,通过动态力学分析(DMA)测定了纤维的玻璃化转变温度。结合纤维的力学性能分析发现,通过降低总拉伸倍数的生产工艺,可以有效降低纤维的结晶度、取向度,降低纤维的断裂强度,并进一步通过增加再拉伸(干热拉伸)的工序降低了纤维的断裂伸长率,以此工艺可以制备强度和伸长乘积较低的腈纶,满足抗起球腈纶的力学性能要求。
採用廣角X-射線衍射(WAXD)、雙摺射等方法分析瞭不同生產工藝所製備的腈綸的超分子結構,通過動態力學分析(DMA)測定瞭纖維的玻璃化轉變溫度。結閤纖維的力學性能分析髮現,通過降低總拉伸倍數的生產工藝,可以有效降低纖維的結晶度、取嚮度,降低纖維的斷裂彊度,併進一步通過增加再拉伸(榦熱拉伸)的工序降低瞭纖維的斷裂伸長率,以此工藝可以製備彊度和伸長乘積較低的腈綸,滿足抗起毬腈綸的力學性能要求。

In this paper,Wide Angle X-ray Diffraction(WAXD),Birefringence Test and other methods were employed to characterize the supramolecular structure of acrylic fiber.Dynamic Mechanical Analysis was used to measure the glass-transition temperature(T_g).Analysis with the mechanical properties of the fiber,we find out that reduce the total draw ratio of fiber during the production process can bring the crystallinity,orientation down and also the breaking strength.The addition of re-drawn process can reduce the breaking elongation.Using this technology we can prepare the fiber of lower product of strength and elongation,which can meet the mechanical properties requirements of anti-pilling acrylic fiber.
