为探讨不同吸附剂对霉变饲料的脱毒效果,将脱霉素、葡配甘露寡糖(EMG)分别与黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB,)及呕吐毒素(DON)按不同配比加入锦鲤的基础日粮,分两组饲喂360条锦鲤,40天后测定锦鲤血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)水平及肝脏与体重比。结果表明:各组锦鲤血清中TP和ALB浓度均无显著(P〉0.05)变化;脱霉素显著(P〈0.05)抑制了高浓度DON条件下锦鲤的肝脏与体重比;AFB,显著(P〈0.05)提高了AST、ALT活性,高剂量DON显著(P〈0.05)提高了AST活性;两种吸附剂均能在一定程度上抑制AST、ALT活性升高,且EMG的效果要优于脱霉素。这表明脱霉素和EMG能有效缓解AFB,和DON导致的锦鲤肝功能损伤。
為探討不同吸附劑對黴變飼料的脫毒效果,將脫黴素、葡配甘露寡糖(EMG)分彆與黃麯黴毒素B1(AFB,)及嘔吐毒素(DON)按不同配比加入錦鯉的基礎日糧,分兩組飼餵360條錦鯉,40天後測定錦鯉血清穀丙轉氨酶(ALT)和穀草轉氨酶(AST)活性、總蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)水平及肝髒與體重比。結果錶明:各組錦鯉血清中TP和ALB濃度均無顯著(P〉0.05)變化;脫黴素顯著(P〈0.05)抑製瞭高濃度DON條件下錦鯉的肝髒與體重比;AFB,顯著(P〈0.05)提高瞭AST、ALT活性,高劑量DON顯著(P〈0.05)提高瞭AST活性;兩種吸附劑均能在一定程度上抑製AST、ALT活性升高,且EMG的效果要優于脫黴素。這錶明脫黴素和EMG能有效緩解AFB,和DON導緻的錦鯉肝功能損傷。

This study was designed to research the detoxification effects of different adsorbents on mould feedstuff fed to fancy carps. 360 fancy carps were used in these two experiments. Detoxifier or EMG was added in basal diet with AFB1 and DON with different ratio. The activity of ALT and AST, the levels of TP and ALB, and the ratio of liver weight and body weight were determined at 40th day. The results showed that the levels of TP and ALB were not changed significantly in all groups(P〉0.05). Detoxifier inhibited the weight gain of liver in condition of DON in high level(P〈~0.05). AFBI increased the activity of AST and ALT significantly(P〈0.05) and DON in high level increased the activity of AST significantly(P〈0.05). The two adsorbents inhibited the increased activity of AST and ALT to some extent and the effect of EMG was better than that of detoxifier. The results showed that both EMG and detoxifier could attenuate the liver function disorder caused by AFB 1 and DON in fancy carps.
