输油管的合理布置,能使成品油的输送距离尽量缩短,降低建设输油管线的费用。文章构建了共用管线与非共用管线费用相同和不同时的2种模型,并且结合实例,对相应的模型进行了求解和验证,特别在第二种方案模型中结合实际问题利用代数知识求得管线总费用的最小值。

Rational arrangement of the pipelines can enable oil transport distances as short as possible to reduce the cost of pipeline construction. In this paper, the two pipeline models are constructed by two shared situations of the same or different costs by shared lines and non-shared lines. And the corresponding model is solved and validated with examples. Especially in the second model, in particular with the practical prob- lems, the minimum total cost of pipelines is obtained using algebra.
