稀磁半导体制备方法与磁性起源的研究是当前凝聚态物理的一项热门课题.首先介绍了自燃烧合成法的原理和优点,然后以Co和Mn掺杂ZnO为重点,总结了国内外采用自燃烧法合成的ZnO基稀磁半导体纳米颗粒晶体结构、磁性能相关的研究进展,讨论了所得纳米颗粒磁性能的内在物理机制.通过对自燃烧法合成的更宽掺杂范围ZnO基稀磁半导体纳米颗粒的研究,使我们能够更加系统地了解过渡金属掺杂ZnO材料的结构与磁性能,并探讨所得实验现象的内在物理机制.
稀磁半導體製備方法與磁性起源的研究是噹前凝聚態物理的一項熱門課題.首先介紹瞭自燃燒閤成法的原理和優點,然後以Co和Mn摻雜ZnO為重點,總結瞭國內外採用自燃燒法閤成的ZnO基稀磁半導體納米顆粒晶體結構、磁性能相關的研究進展,討論瞭所得納米顆粒磁性能的內在物理機製.通過對自燃燒法閤成的更寬摻雜範圍ZnO基稀磁半導體納米顆粒的研究,使我們能夠更加繫統地瞭解過渡金屬摻雜ZnO材料的結構與磁性能,併探討所得實驗現象的內在物理機製.

The research on synthesis methods and origin of magnetic properties of DMS is an interesting focus in the field of condensed matter physics.In this review,the principle and advantages of auto-combustion method are introduced firstly.Taking Co-doped and Mn-doped ZnO nanoparticles as two examples,the research progress in struc-ture and magnetization of ZnO-based DMS synthesized by auto-combustion method is summarized,and the origin of magnetic properties of ZnO-based DMS nanoparticles is discussed as well More systemic results on the structure,magnetization and underlying physics of ZnO-based DMS can be obtained by studying on the wider doping range ZnO-based DMS synthesized via auto-combustion method.
