Extract of ginkgo biloba%Isoproterenol%Cardiac hypertrophy
目的:研究银杏叶提取物(Extract of ginkgo biloba,EGb)对异丙肾上腺素(Isoprenaline,Iso)诱导的大鼠心肌肥厚的影响.方法:大鼠30只分为正常对照组、ISO模型组和EGb治疗组.测定全心重量指数(Heartweight/Body weight,HW/BW)、左心室重量指数(Left ventricle weight index,LVI);检测左心室心肌组织中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷光苷肽过氧化酶(Glutathione-SH pexoxidase,GSH-Px)、一氧化氮合成酶(Nitric oxide synthetase,NOS)活性.结果:ISO模型组的HW/BW、LVI、左心室MDA含量和诱生型NOS(Inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)活性显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px及结构型NOS(Constitutive nitric oxide synthase,cNOS)活性比正常对照组低(P<0.05);EGb治疗组左心室MDA含量、iNOS活性和心脏重量指数比ISO模型组低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px和cNOS活性明显高于ISO模型组(P<0.05).结论:EGb对ISO诱导的心肌肥厚的发生有预防作用.

목적:연구은행협제취물(Extract of ginkgo biloba,EGb)대이병신상선소(Isoprenaline,Iso)유도적대서심기비후적영향.방법:대서30지분위정상대조조、ISO모형조화EGb치료조.측정전심중량지수(Heartweight/Body weight,HW/BW)、좌심실중량지수(Left ventricle weight index,LVI);검측좌심실심기조직중병이철(Malondialdehyde,MDA)화초양화물기화매(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、곡광감태과양화매(Glutathione-SH pexoxidase,GSH-Px)、일양화담합성매(Nitric oxide synthetase,NOS)활성.결과:ISO모형조적HW/BW、LVI、좌심실MDA함량화유생형NOS(Inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)활성현저고우정상대조조(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px급결구형NOS(Constitutive nitric oxide synthase,cNOS)활성비정상대조조저(P<0.05);EGb치료조좌심실MDA함량、iNOS활성화심장중량지수비ISO모형조저(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px화cNOS활성명현고우ISO모형조(P<0.05).결론:EGb대ISO유도적심기비후적발생유예방작용.
Objective:To study the effect of EGb on cardiac hypertrophy induced by isoproterenol in rats.Methods:30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group,ISO model group and EGb treatment group.The ratio of HW/BW and LVl were measured.MDA content of left ventricle and the level of SOD,GSH-Px and NOS activities in left ventricle were determined.Results:Compared with nor-mal control group,the ratio of HW/BW,LVI and the content of MDA and iNOS activity in left ventricle were significantly increased(p<0.05);The SOD,GSH-Px and cNOS activities were obviously decreased in the ISO model group(P<0.05).The left ventricular MDA and iNOS activity and the ratio of HW/BW,LVl were signiilcanfly lower in EGb treatment group than those in ISO model group(P<0.05).The SOD,GSH-Px and cNOS activities were markedly higher than those in ISO model group.Conclusion:EGb Can prevent the cardiac hypertrophy induced by isoproterenol.
