目的 优选回流法提取紫菀中有效成分紫菀酮的工艺条件.方法 以紫菀酮的含量为指标,通过选用U8(8×8×4×2)均匀设计试验,L9(3φ)正交设计试验和单因素平行试验,对提取工艺的溶剂种类、溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间4个因素进行优选研究,以筛选出紫菀酮的最佳提取工艺条件.结果 优选得到的最佳提取工艺条件是用24倍量95%乙醇回流提取1次,每次1小时,紫菀酮的转移率达到90%以上.结论 优化的条件经试验验证和中试生产,表明工艺条件稳定可行,可用于工业大生产.

Objective In order to optimize the reflux extracting technology ofshionone from Aster tataricus L. F. Method Using shionone determined by HPLC as the content index, the effects of alcohol concentration, solvent amount, extraction time and extraction times on extra, on technology were evaluated by uniform design, orthogonal design and single factor design. Results The optimum extraction condition obtained was 95% ethanol. 24 folds of the materials weight, and reflux for 1 time, 1 hour. Conclusion The optimized process is proved to be efficient and stable by validated and magnified test, and it is suitable for industrialized extraction ofshionone from Aster tataricus L. F.
