目的评价胆囊切除术的潜在危险性。方法对胆囊切除术中所遇到的各种困难和复杂情况及处理方法进行归类总结。结果在215例胆囊切除术中遇各种困难和复杂情况占20%，未发生手术并发症，但险情不断。结论胆囊切除术充满潜在危险，对术中出现的任何困难和意外情况如不能稳妥处理，都会导致严重后果。
목적평개담낭절제술적잠재위험성。방법대담낭절제술중소우도적각충곤난화복잡정황급처리방법진행귀류총결。결과재215례담낭절제술중우각충곤난화복잡정황점20%，미발생수술병발증，단험정불단。결론담낭절제술충만잠재위험，대술중출현적임하곤난화의외정황여불능은타처리，도회도치엄중후과。
Objective To evaluate the potential risks of cholecystectomy.Methods There were many difficulties and complexities managed by effective methods and classified in cholecystectomy.Results In 215 cases,20% found difficulties and complexities.There were no complications,but dangers often took up in the operation.Conclusions Cholecystectomy bears potential risks.If any difficulties and complexities can not be well managed,it will lead to terrible outcome.
