基于DICOM3.0标准,系统地分析了标准中关于X线医学图像的文件格式及网络通信过程,根据传统影像增强-电视系统X线机的数字化特点,设计了一种符合DICOM标准的医学X线图像采集、增强、传输与存储系统,着重介绍了DCM文件的存储、网络传输并给出了软件实现,为传统X线机融入PACS提供了一种方法.
基于DICOM3.0標準,繫統地分析瞭標準中關于X線醫學圖像的文件格式及網絡通信過程,根據傳統影像增彊-電視繫統X線機的數字化特點,設計瞭一種符閤DICOM標準的醫學X線圖像採集、增彊、傳輸與存儲繫統,著重介紹瞭DCM文件的存儲、網絡傳輸併給齣瞭軟件實現,為傳統X線機融入PACS提供瞭一種方法.

DICOM file format for X-ray medical image and communication process are first analyzed . An X-ray medical image acquisition, transmission and storage system, which is compatible with DICOM standard, is then designed according to the characteristic of conventional X-ray machine using image intensifier-TV system. The file storage for DCM-format and network communication are introduced in detail and software model is given. A feasible technique for conventional X-ray machine integrating into PACS is proposed.
